Choriocarcinoma usually develops after abortion, hydatidiform mole, and normal pregnancy. Its primary lesion is located in the genital organ. Most of them metastases to the.other organs especially the lung, kidney, liver, ovary and brain hehiatogenously. Choriocarcinoina was rarely reported in the extragenital organs without primary lesion in the genital organ. We experienced two cases: One of them was a 47 year-old woman who had suffered from severe lower abdominal pain and rebound tenderness by palpation. Culdocentesis was performed and revealed yellowish-red pus. She was diagnosed as pelvic peritonitis clinically and then confirmed as choriocarcinoma in the ileum by surgical biopsy. The other was a 39 years old woman who had suffered frommassive melena and hematemesis. She was diagnosed as upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to malignancy of duodenum by upper G- I series. And then, it was confirmed as choriocarcinoma in the third and fourth portion of the duodenum by surgical biopsy.
